1. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in tourism.
  • Good communication in English both verbal and written.
  • Courteous, helpful, well groomed, honest, enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated.
  • A minimum of 1 year experiences in an at least 4 star hotels in the same position.
  • Having skill in managing menu, planning and organizing promotion & event.
  • Capability of Budgeting & Cost Control.
  • Team coaching and Training.

2. HEAD CHEF.

  • Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
  • Good communication in English both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as Sous Chef.
  • Good personality, honest, well organized, good motivated person with a good attitude.
  • Courteous, outgoing personality and high sense of customer service oriented.
  • Display a confident and professional manner.
  • Team coaching and training.
