Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) Hospitality Management / Accounting/ Teknik.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in the same field in a 4-5 star Hotel (1,2,3).
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in the same field in a 4-5 star Hotel (4,5,6,7,8).
• Well-groomed, discipline,personable,excellent interpersonal skill.
• A good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel.
• Able to Operate Hotel System/Power Pro.
• Excellent Command of English, Speak Foreign Languages Will an advantages.
• Work hard, high loyalitas and good teamwork.
• Able to Solve Problem.
• Well Organized and Good Planner.
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Good Negotation, Target Oriented & Create brand awareness (7,8,).
• Basic Hotel Sales & Marketing will be advantages (7,8).
