General Requirement :

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, Room Division, Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, both oral & written.
• Communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties.
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
