General Requirements:

• Male / Female maximum 35 years of age.
• General education relation to hospitality, on middle and higher management level.
• Proven professional track record at least 3 – 5 years of experience within the hotel industry / tourism industry in management and strong for government and corporate market.
• Strong leadership, good communication skills in English.
• Solicit group business for the F&B, Villa & Spa, maximize profits of the company through creative and selective selling are must.
• Perfom job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Be clear thinker, remaining calm in resolving problems using good judgment.
• Excellent written English and copy writing skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
