Currently we are looking for candidates for the following vacancy below :

1. Branch Operations & Warehouse Admin (Bandung based)

As a Branch Operations and Warehouse Admin at Bobobox, with supervision from Branch Operations Manager, you will manage the inventory of branch operations amenities and supplies as well as be responsible in the process of order, request and receiving of the goods. You’ll arrive in a career experience of building teams from scratch, branch operations’ systems that tie directly to the core business of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Filing and organizing the branch operation’s documentation.
• Provide administrative support among the roles in the Branch Operations Department.
• Responsible for Bobobox branches goods (amenities and supplies) inventory.
A. Check, validate and record the amount and condition of goods received compared to order.
B. Record and organize order and request of branches inventory
C. Conduct regular stock opname to ensure the number of goods in store and report and discrepancies to superior and related departments.
D. Generate regular (weekly/monthly) reports to be utilized by superior or related departments.
• Responsible for the arrangement of good transfer from store to branch.
• Received branch operations ordered items/goods from procurement.
• Effectively ensure the availability of branch operations goods by using projections created with the finance and branch operations team.
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of branch operations to be easily accessed.
• Organizing the receiving, purchase orders and purchase requests documentation.

Requirements:
• Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree in administration, management, finance or related field.
• Willing to work based in a selected area with frequent travel.
• Experience at the same role minimum for 1 (one) year.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding the hotel business process.
• Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
• Proficiency in using email, microsoft offices and google suite
• Excellent learning skills, attention to details, and to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.
