Currently we are looking for candidates for the following vacancy below to be based in Bandung :
1. Bobo Van Staff
As a Bobo Van Staff you will maintain and conduct BoboVan’s operation and maintenance of the van unit and make sure the cleanliness and tidiness of the van unit (inside, outside, body, facilities) and ensure features equipment well function and are able to operate smoothly. You will report directly to the BoboVan Leader/Branch Operations Supervisor/Manager.
At Customer Services side:
• Handle guest queries and concerns in polite, friendly and eagerness to assist.
• Assist guests in the reservation process of the van
• Assist guests in the registration process during the pickup of the van.
• Stand by and ready on call 24 hours to serve any guests’ queries or requirements during the van rented by the guests especially in times of trouble (machine trouble, flat tire, etc.).
• Handling the van drop off/return once the guest finishes the rental.
• Conduct van checking once it is returned by the guest to ensure no loss and breakage.
• Ask the guest for compensation once any loss and breakage found on the van based on the checklist.
At Maintenance side:
• Responsible for delivering the van to the car workshop for regular and periodic maintenance.
• Conduct cleaning inside and outside of the van to ensure it’s ready to be used/rent.
• Conduct cleaning inside and outside the van once it’s delivered back by guests after usage.
• Responsible for delivering the van to the car wash for the cleaning process.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the van while stationed in the pool.
• Candidates must possess at least High School, Diploma in Hospitality Schools/Universities or equivalent.
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field of hotel front liner (receptionist, concierge, bell man, driver, valet parking) is required for this position.
• Hold active driving licenses both for cars and motorbike (SIM A and SIM C)
• Willing to stand by at 24 hours during working days on call to assist in troubleshooting any BoboVan’s guest concerns.
• Able to operate Microsoft Offices and Google Suites.
• Tech-Savvy person
• Willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
