We currently seek for top talent to fill our vacant position. Here are the details:
1. Payroll Staff
Main responsibility:
– Manage payroll (including calculation and payment of BPJS and income tax)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
b. 2 years working experience in hotel industry
c. Practical knowledge of MS Office especially excel
d. A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
e. Understanding calculation of tax deductions – PPh 21
f. Experienced in HRIS will be highly advantages
2. General Cashier Staff
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing payments (including handle the request and approval)
– Maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement
– Undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller
– Collect and record the contents of all daily deposits
– Take care of all forms of transactions with the bank
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
b. 2 years working experience in hotel industry
c. Familiar with all forms of bank transactions
d. Self-motivated, hardworking, good team player, service-minded, and able to work independently and under pressure
e. Practical knowledge of MS Office especially excels and accounting systems.
