• Speak another language after English is a plus

Waiter/Waitress (La Plancha, La Laguna)

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus

Runner (La Favela)

• Experience in full service restaurant is desired
• Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous.
• Solid communication skills
• Flexible schedule
• Task-driven individual

Barback (La Favela)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors.
• Strong ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
• Responsible, punctual.
• Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Cashier (La Favela)

• Excellent customer service skills and able to work a flexible schedule including rotating shifts, able to work night shift
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• High School degree or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Have experience in QUINOS / RAPTOR will be plus

CDP (La Plancha).

• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Food knowledge and creativity
• Culinary school diploma strongly preferrable
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
• Ability to speak English is a plus

Cook Helper (La Plancha, La Favela)

• Punctual, discipline and flexible personality
• Graduated from high school diploma preferred
• Have experience (one year) in similar position in a restaurant preferred
• Food safety certification and ability to speak English is a plus
• Reading and Mathematical Skills (to follow recipes)

Purchasing (La Favela)

• Good knowledge in purchasing area, provided by minimum 2-3 years experience in this position.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in team oriented environment
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Flexibility to work in an environment that is evolving and changing
• Excellent skills in English
• Be able to operate computer, system (especially Quinos) and Microsoft Office
• Accounting background preferred

Engineering (La Favela)

• Safety-oriented personality, since they work with electricity
• Manual dexterity
• Knowledge about complex electricity systems
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• Able to analyze and diagnose electricity problems
• Ability to understand technical plans
• Able to work in adverse weather
• Minimal vocational high school
• Minimal 2 year experience in similar position

Gardener (La Favela)

• Min. graduated from high school.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather and environmental conditions as well as uneven terrain.
• Proficient knowledge of irrigation control and distribution systems and advanced knowledge of landscape construction techniques and maintenance.

Housekeeping (La Favela)

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• High school degree

Security (La Favela)

• Male, age between 25 until 38 years old
• Have experience as security, especially in bar and night club
• Graduated from high school or similar
• Own “Gada Pratama” certificate or similar
• Willing to work late night
• English fluent
• Nice, neat and clean, integrity
