Requirement:
- Rank and File level minimum 1 to 2 years experience, Supervisor and Manager level 3 to 5 years experience in similiar position in hospitality industry.
- Level of education Min Diploma
- Language essential: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
Spesific Requirement:
Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the Indonesian or Western Restaurant that are famous for their reputation and success.
- Ability to cook good, high-quality and popular food.
- Experience as a team supervisor / leader for minimum of 3 years.
- Abilty to organize and lead cooks to achieve the quality and targets has been set.
- Ready to work hard with a large number of guests.
- Being able to speak English will be more value.
- Knowing and experience implementing HACCP will be more value.
Sr. CDP / CDP
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Indonesian or Western Restaurant that are famous for their reputation and success.
- Ability to cook good, high-quality and popular food.
- Experience as a senior cook for minimum of 3 years.
- Abilty to train and guide junior cooks to achieve the quality and targets has been set.
- Ready to work hard with a large number of guests.
- Being able to speak English will be more value.
- Knowing and experience implementing HACCP will be more value.
