Director of Sales
Mission:
- As a sales leader who coordinates and directing Sales Teams and to plan, implement and achieve the department objective.
- Handle operational sales departments including proper day to day activity and administration and comply with corporate policy.
- Plan and develop required team member development and training to improve the team capability and skills.
Specific Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience with the same position.
- Having analytical skills, make plans, action plans and overseeing the implementation.
- Understanding the budget drafting process and being able to make sales & marketing budgets.
- Have leadership and have control over sales & marketing organizations.
- Having good interpersonal skills, having a wide clientele network and being able to work with teams.
- Preferably have experience in the international hotel chain.
- Preferably those who have experience in the market and competition in the surrounding Karawang and West Java in general.
- Preferably able to communicate in Japanese.
