Prama Grand Preanger Bandung is currently looking for highly talented and motivated individual for joining our team as:

1. COST CONTROLLER.

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
• Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
• Understand the general practices of day-to-day purchasing, receiving, storing, issuance, inventory process and cost controlling activites.
• Able to conduct a periodical market survey, verify the accuracy of goods specification and set-up F&B products selling price.
• Able to prepare and produce the Cost and Inventory reports.
• Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to cost-controlling matters.
• Good at numbers and counting.

2. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER (AFM).

• Maximum 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field.
• Understands the whole aspects of private enterprise Accounting.
• Able to produce and interprets Financial Statement and Accounting reports.
• Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions.
• Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to financial matters.
• Understate the principles of Good Corporate Governance practices.
• Able to produces accurate and timely reporting related matters.
