Requirement:
Hospitality background
Having experience’s to manage daily 700 pax and above.
Able to manage 50 staffs with banquet background and having pre-opening experiences
Minimum 2 years 4-5 star hotel as a Banquet Chef or Executive sous chef
Core of cuisine – knowledge on International cuisine, mainly on local cuisine (Indonesia)
Knowing HACCP, FSMS, kitchen managements skill, cost control and menu planning
English language active is a must
Able to work independently with minimum supervised
Self driven and high motivated
Good interpersonal and good communication skill
Willing to work at Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang, Banten
