Training Manager

Requirements:

• Female.
• Education minimum S1 degree.
• Minimum 2 years Experience as Trainer in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Highly communication, excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, hard worker and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Expert to operating MS Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
• Familiar to make training schedule, TNA, training budget, OJT & Training Evaluation.
