Executive Chef
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as an Executive Chef in a 5 star property.
- Background and knowledge of all Kitchen operations and procedures as well as menu engineering.
- Familiar with Budgeting, Profit & Lost Management as well as F&B Cost Control.
- Experience with HACCP Standard.
- Strong in all type of Cuisine, especially Indonesian and Western.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail.
