STARBOX Hotels Jakarta – The New Hotel will opening soon on beginning of 2018 “STARBOX HOTELS” at Jalan Plaju No. 16 Thamrin, Central Jakarta, now looking for the most talented and motivated individual to join our team.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. XXXXX

• High motivation to work, Energetic and Dynamic.
• Strong Managerial and communication skills is a must.
• Maintain and improve working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Maintain visibility and control through all phases of the operation, including the production of management reports and its analysis.
• Able to team work.

2.XXXXX

• Minimum 1 year experience in PR/MARCOM in Hospitality Industry.
• Good network with media ( magazine, TV and Radio ), blogger community and influencer.
• Excellent written skill.
• Outgoing personality, high adaptable and flexible.
• Good time management & detail oriented.
• Possess good problem solving skills, think outside the box & proactive.
• Can work under pressure & with tight deadlines.

3. XXXXX

• Minimum 1 year experience in same position.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective compensation & benefit system.
• Understanding of the recruitment process, employment contracts, labor regulations and (Disnaker).
• Has an experience in the training process as a trainer.
• Ensure good employee & Industrial relation.
