The 1O1 Bali Fontana Seminyak, under PHM Hotels Management is Smart, Stylist & Experience Hotel in the heart of Legian area.
We are looking for qualified and dynamic talent to joint our success team for the following position:
1. Restaurant & Bar Manager (RBM)
2. Sales Manager (SM)
3. Guest Service Agent (GSA)
4. AR / Income (DW)
Basic Qualifications:
– Male age 28 – 40 years old.
– Relevant education background with position being applied / Minimum Diploma I majoring in Hospitality.
– Good communication skill in English both speaking and written.
– Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Discipline, able to work in a team or individually.
– High attention to detail, track with SOP guidelines (Operational Audit).
– Have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, target oriented .
– Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative .
– Has extensive links to business opportunities and bringing in guests .
– Able to monitor & organize daily cost and monthly basis F&B lost & breakage.
– Knowledge about VHP system.
Sales Manager with qualification :
– Female, 25 – 35 years old.
– Minimum 3 years experience at 4/5 star hotels.
– Driving License A is a must.
– Minimum Diploma I majoring in Hospitality.
– Positive attitude, well groomed & outgoing personality, Driving License A is a must.
– Having strong sales manage market MICE, Event & Government, Familiar with VHP System.
– Fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
– Able to joint immediately.
Guest Service Agent (GSA) with qualification :
– Female, Single (20 – 28 years old).
– Well grooming, minimum height 165cm.
– Minimum Diploma I Hospitality Idustry.
– Minimum 2 years experience at position GSA at 4/5 stars hotel.
– Familiar with VHP system.
– Positive attitude, outgoing personality & excellent guest service oriented.
– Fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
– Able to joint immediately.
AR / Income (DW) with qualification :
– Male, Single (20 – 25 years old).
– Minimum Diploma I Hospitality Industry.
– Minimum 1 years experience at position AR/Income at 4/5 stars hotel.
– Familiar with VHP system.
– Minimum Diploma I majoring in Hospitality.
– Positive attitude, outgoing personality & excellent guest service oriented.
– Fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
– Able to joint immediately.
