Hotel Manager
18 Suite Villa – Kuta, Bali
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our boutique villa operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or Assistant General Manager role.
Strong leadership and operational management skills.
Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Experience with hotel PMS-VHP is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all hotel operations.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service quality.
Drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Manage, coach, and develop the team.
Monitor budgets, costs, and overall business performance.
