Job Positions:

1. Brand Marketing Apprentice.

Key Tasks

• Brand marketing support based in Jakarta corporate office assisting hotels in three countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore).
• Provide assistance on brand projects, from planning to roll-out at country level.
• Execute the centralized marketing program (offline, on-air). Supervise and execute the process of hotel creative validation.
• Event coordination (brand activation and hotel events).
• Pre-opening hotel support program (brand elements, marketing plan, monitoring hotel progress and readiness prior opening).

Specific Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university (GPA≥3) majoring Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing Communication.
• Fluency in English written and verbally.
• Computer literate (Microsoft office).

2. Graphic Design Apprentice.

Key Task:

• Operate art department in providing designs at regional and country level (offline advertisement – print media, billboard etc), corporate office collaterals and TV commercial.
• Provide hotel support and direction on graphic charts guidelines and design artwork.
• Support hotels in design related projects, conceptual, layout and contents advices in order to maintain consistency across the brand network.
• Assist hotel photography and videography, including validation process of the final output.

Specific Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Graphic Design (DKV) or relevant aspect.
• Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Good at Adobe Premier/Adobe After Effect is a plus.
• Fluency in English written and verbally.
• Basic copywriting skill.
• Strong design fundamentals and meticulous eye for details.
• Ability to visualize creativity into designs.
