Requirement :
1. Have already a Minimum 3 (three) Years Experience in the Manufacturing, Resort or Hotel Human Resort Departement
2. Will Assist the Management with Employees Relation, Salary Administration, Safety Training, Performance Management (KPI), Development and Hiring
3. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource is of Advantage
