Chief Engineering
Summary
Assist to manage all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.
Requirement:
· Strong understanding of maintenance system and comprehensive knowledge in mechanic, electrical and plumbing
· Education background from degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
· Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste, treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage
· Knowledge in preventive maintenance programme and special projects will be valuable
· Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
