Ambhara Hotel Jakarta is looking for dynamic, passionate hotelier to run the show as:
1. Sales Manager (SM)
2. Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM)
3. E-Commerce Manager (EM)
4. FB Captain (FBSC)
5. Front Desk Agent (FDA)
6. Housekeeping Public Area DW (HK DW)
7. Engineering DW (Eng DW)
Specific Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree or Diploma from related fields for SM, AFOM, EM
– Min. Diploma from any related fields for FBSC
– Has similar experience at least 3 consecutive years for AFOM. 2 years for SM, EM, and 1 year for FBSC, FDA
– Sales and target oriented for SM
– Strong in government, corporate, and MICE relations is a must for SM
– Prior hospitality experience, especially in front office and administrative roles for AFOM
– Good knowledge of marketplace selection for EM
– Good analytical thinking and be able to analyze the content and functionality of marketplace for EM
– Strong knowledge of FB Service is a must for FBSC
– Experienced in Hospitality Industry is a must
– Hospitality professional with experience in similar position at least 1 year for HK & Eng DW
– Highly motivated, passionate, and guest oriented
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
