Ambhara Hotel Jakarta is looking for dynamic, passionate hotelier to run the show as:
1. General Manager (GM)
2. Sales Manager (SM)
3. Accounting Supervisor (AS)
4. Restaurant Supervisor (RS)
5. FB Captain (FBSC)
6. Housekeeping Public Area DW (HK DW)
Specific Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Hotel Management or any related fields for GM
– Bachelor Degree or Diploma from related fields for SM, AS
– Min. Diploma from any related fields for RS & FBSC
– Has similar experience at least 5 consecutive years for GM, 3 years for AS, 2 years for SM and RS, and 1 year for FBSC
– Strong understanding of P&L statements for GM
– Set short and long term strategic goals for the Hotel for GM
– Manage on-going profitability of the Hotel for GM
– Experienced in Hospitality Industry is a must for AS
– Experienced in income audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger for AS
– Strong in data entry and analysis for AS
– Sales oriented for SM
– Strong knowledge of FB Service is a must for RS & FBSC
– Hospitality professional with experience in similar position at least 1 year for HK DW
– Highly motivated, passionate, and guest oriented
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
