Ambhara Hotel Jakarta is looking for dynamic, passionate hotelier to run the show as:
1. Financial Controller (FC)
2. Sales Manager (SM)
3. Sales Executive (SE)
4. Front Office Manager (FOM)
5. Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
6. Marketing Communication Supervisor (Marcomm SPV)
6. FB Captain (FBSC)
7. Front Desk Agent (FDA)
8. Housekeeping Public Area DW (HK DW)
Specific Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree or Diploma from related fields for FC, SM, SE, FOM, ARM, Marcomm SPV
– Min. Diploma from any related fields for FBSC
– Has similar experience at least 3 consecutive years for FC, FOM. 2 years for SM, ARM, Marcomm SPV, and 1 year for SE, FBSC, FDA
– Experienced in a financial management role in a Hotel for FC
– Analytical and creative thinking skills for FC
– Sales and target oriented for SM, SE
– Strong in government, corporate, and MICE relations is a must for SM, SE
– Prior hospitality experience, especially in front office and administrative roles for FOM
– Strong knowledge of FB Service is a must for ARM & FBSC
– Responsible to design, create, and manage content for Marcomm SPV
– Familiarity with most Social Media platforms for Marcomm SPV
– Experienced with marketing campaigns on Social Media for Marcomm SPV
– Experienced in Hospitality Industry is a must
– Hospitality professional with experience in similar position at least 1 year for HK
– Highly motivated, passionate, and guest oriented
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
