MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY CHIEF OF ROOM
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Rooms Division (Butler, Housekeeping & Engineering) activities to maximize revenue from room sales, minimize expenses and ensure guest satisfaction with accommodation and services.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
The Chief Accountant manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
Standard Requirements:
• Open for Local Indonesian Nationality Only (1,2)
• Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree (1,2)
• Minimum 2 years experience preferably gained within 4/5* hotel environment or similar business operation (1,2)
• Strong basic Accounting, Cost Control and Taxation Skill (1)
• Leadership and Independent and able to work under pressure (1,2)
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service (1)
• Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own (1.2)
• Have great negotiation and interpersonal skill (1,2)
• Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skill (1,2)
• Hand on result oriented and High attention detail (1,2)
• Effective communication skills and personal performance (1,2)
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines (1, 2)
• Mature and dynamic, highly motivated and pleasant personality (1,2)
• Positive attitude, proactive, organized, enthusiastic, good communication skills – personality and attention to details (1,2)
• Committed team player, smart and quick action (1,2)

• Computer literate and Excellent written and oral in English. (1,2)

• Residence in Bali or willing to be placed and doing selection process in Bali. (1,2)
