1. Assistant Head Engineer
Standard Requirements
1. Hotel Education back ground is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years Experience preferably gained within 5* hotel or luxury boutique resort environment or similar business operation
3. Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skill
4. Negotiates contracts with vendors and clients to ensure the most cost effective
5. Plans and budgets for each project and makes any adjustments based on condition
6. Coordinates the engineering team, assigning short and long term goals for successful completion of the project’s plans
7. Ensures safety of the worksite during the course of development
8. Makes sure all projects and undertakings stay on budget and within the projected time schedule
9. Manages the engineering team and oversees training of new employees
10. Mature and dynamic, highly motivated and pleasant personality
11. Smart Grooming & Hospitality oriented
12. Positive attitude, proactive, organized, enthusiastic, good communication skills – personality and attention to details
13. Computer literate and Excellent written and oral in English.
14. Residence in Bali or willing to be placed and doing selection process in Bali.
15. Available to join immediately.
