Requirements :

• Age 40 – 55 years old (Male / Female).
• Minimal have 3 years experience in Hotel Human Resources Department.
• Willing to work in Sampit (Kalimantan Tengah).
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staffs to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
• Good command in English.
• Able to arrange Manpower, cost, also agreement.
• Understand HR aspect, implementation and problem solving.
• Understand Labour Rule and Regulation.
