CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR – EAST
Based in Bali

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years work experience in similar roles.
• Must have good leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to lead and coach the team.
• Must have a friendly and outgoing personality, and be genuinely interested in people.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Must have sound knowledge of the local and national labour regulations.
• Must be able to keep track of Human Resource trends, systems, practices and labour competition condition in the region.
• Has worked in Pre-Opening hotels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and motivating people to work as a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
