passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager
with requirements :
– S1 Management
– Able to speak English
– Guest oriented and service minded
– Confident speaking skills
– Calm when under pressure
– Mature, patient, dependabilty, pleasant, good level of General culture
– Not more than 36 years old
– Good at Planning and Developing
– Time Management & Budgeting (numerical ability)
and dynamic Head Chef with following requirements :
– preferably Diploma IV or S1
– Can speak English fluently
– Able to adapt to rapid changes, calm under pressure, open to new ideas, Team leader
– Not more than 45 years old
– Working on weekends, public holidays and on call Fast and accurate follow ups
– 3 years experience in 4 or 5 star chain hotels in the same or lower position, with International Experience
– Must have a current advanced health and safety certificate from an accredited Company
– Developing customer relations through proactive interaction with guests or dealing with any issues raised
