Sous Chef – Japanese
This position is responsible for the operation of a Japanese Restaurant, coordinating with the restaurant team leader to achieve the highest guest experience in both services and the product, able to manage the team members and kitchen administration. The position will oversee our legendary Shima – Japanese Restaurant at Aryaduta Menteng – Jakarta.
•Minimum Diploma Degree from an accredited college or university majoring Tourism and Culinary or related major.
•Experienced with a similar position at least 2 – 3 years.
•Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written.
•Strong knowledge and implementation of HACCP Standard Kitchen Operations.
•Well experienced in high quality Japanese cuisine principles and practice.
