Front Office Manager (FOM)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an assistant manager or manager role at a 3-star hotel.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality or a related field.
- Possess strong leadership abilities with expertise in planning, organizing, and effective problem-solving.
- Understanding of hotel systems like Emerald will be a significant plus.
- Proven ability to manage forecasting (occupancy, revenue) and manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) effectively to improve business performance and drive revenue.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, both written and verbal. Fluent English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, highly integritous, and responsible.
- Able to build good relationships with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with STAAH Channel Management would be a distinct advantage.
