Human Resources Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for all levels in the property
• Collaborate with corporate team to ensure employees receive appropriate trainings
• Assist in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property
• Ensure employee issues are referred to the Head of Department for resolution or escalated to the Corporate HR team.
• Conduct monthly payroll, tax, overtime, and other compensation & benefit matters.
• Lead the mandatory HR audit in the property
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5 years of experience as Human Resource Manager position in hospitality industry. Possess Pre-Opening Project experience is preferable
• Adaptability to contribute within highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
• Great command of English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems
