Digital Marketing
We are looking for a passionate, and a growth oriented digital marketer, who has eyes for details and highly organized, who will overcome day to day exciting challenges to deliver the maximum online marketing exposure, and create the best online user experience to the customer of Astadala brands.
This role will be specifically handle, but not limited to our luxury spa & wellness brand, in-villa F&B events, and wedding related products and services. Previous marketing experience in those fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties of the Digital Marketing:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic and increase marketing & sales conversion to the brand websites.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, and utilizing a range of techniques including content marketing, affiliates, paid search, SEO, and PPC, to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Liaise with related department within the company regarding product & service updates, marketing campaigns, business research, and customer experience improvement.
- Liaise with related 3rd party vendors, partners, media, and influencers in accordance with the sales & marketing goal.
- Tracking conversion rates, monitor brand sentiments and suggest product improvements, customer experience improvements, and service improvements.
- Analyzing website visitor data, evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Required qualification:

- Indonesian citizen only, and permanently based in the Bali. No relocation.
- Open for male or female.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Practical experience in digital marketing, such as; EDM, social media, copy-writing/content marketing, online ads, etc, and understands the fundamentals of it.
- People person and highly effective communicator.
- Experience in hospitality and or travel and tourism industry is a plus.
- Experience in luxury spa & wellness or F&B events or wedding event is a plus.
