Position Available:
1. Handyman.
Brief Job Desc:
– Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdown.
– Respond to guest’s requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new Locks, preventive maintenance of AC Split, water heater, cold storage and troubleshooting smoke detector.
– Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in guest’s room as required.
– Maintain sprinkler system and trash receptacles on the premise.
Requirements:
Preferably experienced min. 1 year.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Have a great teamwork.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
2. Reservation Staff.
Brief Job Desc:
– Provide customer service.
– Processes reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems referral.
– Prepares letters of confirmation.
– Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
– Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
– Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
Requirements:
- Preferably experienced (min. 1 year).
- Flexibility to work in shifts Proficient in English (Verbal and written).
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
