General Manager
As General Manager your key function will be to manage day to day operation, including financial, budgetary and P&L responsibilities and establish the pre-opening budget. You will develop a recruitment and training strategy, as well as talent development and succession planning as well. This position will lead operations and be a financial person coupled with a keen eye to quality and detail along with the ability to drive through solutions.
Qualification :
- Preferably Bachelor degree or above in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Maximum 45 years old with dynamic and energetic personality.
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in senior hospitality management.
- Minimum of 5 years of assignments as Department Head in 5 stars Hotel / large establishment or 3 years as Hotel Manager or General Manager in 3 to 4 stars hotel.
- Strong in rooms and sales experiences are seen as a distinct advantage.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing EXCOM teams.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the Indonesian market and culture.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
- Ability to work across all levels and functions under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- A loyal with high integrity person.
- Ability to interact professionally with others.
- Willingness to travel.
