Bali Sunset Road Convention Center is seeking for:
Banquet Head Chef
Candidate Qualification:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same position of 4–5 star establishment (Convention or Hotel)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Banquet or Convention food production
- Be very knowledgeable about own specialty, as well as culinary functions in general
- Solid understanding of HACCP
- Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor, and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel’s financial goals
- Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
- Easy to work with under pressure and limited timeline
- Preferably Bali domicile
- The position is available under a local contract
