EXECUTIVE CHEF – Japanese Cuisine Expert
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef or 4 years experience as Sous Chef.
- Possessed expertise in Japanese and Chinese culinary will be an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
- Maintain standards of purchasing, receiving, food quality and food storage management.
- Hands on, disciplined and a good trainer / teacher.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
General Requirement:
- Diploma of University or Hotel Academy.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Staff Level.
