We’re hiring:
- Room Division Manager
- Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager
- Assistant Guest Relations Manager
- F&B Operations Manager
- Sustainability Manager
Work Experience:
• Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
• Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort. Indonesian or Southeast Asian work experience would be advantageous
• Passionate hospitality leader with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management
• Fully embrace sustainability efforts
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various groups to achieve a desired result
• Ensures a high level of customer service which enhances the guest experience and satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Enjoy island life
