Bentani Hotel & Residence Cirebon, a three stars rated Hotel currently looking for some employee:

1. Bartender.

• At least 2 years experience on similar position.
• Have a good English communication’s skill.
• Graduated from D I/D III hotel school FB Departement.
• Independent & have good leadership skill.
• Some experience & creativity in planing program for hotel staff.
• Maximum 35 years old.

2. HRD Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Especially Graduated with Pyschology Major / S.Psi).
• At least 2 years hotel experience on similar position.
• Able to analyze the competency of employees.
• Have strong knowledge of recruitment process, manpower, regulation, training and organizational development, highly motivation, enthusiastic.
• Have good English communication’s skill.
• Computer literate.
• Maximum 40 years old.
