HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Requirements :

• Male / Female.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position.
• Excellent verbal written and communication skill (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment.
• Ability to managing the team / resources in ensuring timely completion of assignments.
• Excellent decision making skills and capable of motivating people.
• Positive attitude, dynamic, innovative, and team service oriented.
• Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record.
• Has the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge at Labour skill and Training.
• Pre-Opening experience is an advantage.
