Bigland Hotel Bogor strategically located in the heart of the city, currently operate 258 rooms in modern design and one of the largest Ballroom in town caters for up to 2000 invitees and 14 meeting rooms with modern amenities. Now looking for the position as:
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Night Audit
Requirements :
- Minimum two years working experience at the same position at four star hotel
- Well knowledge in HACCP is a must (1-2)
- Good in kitchen management and analyst food costing (1-2)
- Showing experience handling banquet over than 1000 pax
- Preferably having experience in NA and IA (3)
- Having experience working with VHP system (3)
- Good speed of working, hygiene, organized, consistent and guest service oriented
