- Sous Chef
- Chef De Partie – Chinese
- Commis
Requirements :
Minimum two years working experience at the same position at four star hotel
Showing Strong experience and passion in Chinese Food Specialty
Well knowledge in HACCP is a must
Good in kitchen management and analyze food costing (1-2)
Showing experience handling banquet over than 1000 pax
Good speed of working, hygiene, organized, consistent and guest service oriented
