Currently we are looking for candidates for our upcoming Cabin property located at Ranca Upas – Ciwidey, West Java :
1. Cabin Branch Leader (combined roles as Host & Cleaner supervisor)
2. Cabin Branch Staff (combined roles as Host & Cleaner Staff, and Host- Cleaner- Maintenance Staff)
Requirements:
• Willing to be based at Bobobox Cabin branch at Ranca Upas – Ciwidey , West Java area
For Cabin Branch Leader :
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in tourism/hospitality or equivalent
• Min. 1 (one) year work experience as Supervisor at Front Office and/or Housekeeping department
• Actively able to communicate in English both verbal & written
• Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
• Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
• Neat appearance and well groomed
For Cabin Staff with roles as Host, Cleaner & Maintenance/Technician:
• Min. Diploma III (D3) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Min. 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or experienced as Hotel Maintenance/Engineer/Technician is more favorable
• Willing to work with combined duties as a Cleaner, Technician/Maintenance, and as Host
• Willing to work overtime and outside operational time
• Neat appearance & well groomed
For Cabin Staff with roles as Host & Cleaner:
• Min. Diploma III (D3) majoring in tourism/hospitality
• Min. 1 (one) year of working experience as Housekeeper/Room Boy at hotel industry
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
• Neat appearance and well groomed
Responsibilities:
Maintenance side:
• Support daily maintenance of Cabin area, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in our Outlets
• Ensure all branch equipment run smoothly
• Conduct minor repairing and fixing based on SOP.
• Maintain the inventory of working tools and equipment at the branch.
• Making a check and reporting list for every maintenance to do for reporting to Branch Teams and Cabin Branch Leaders.
• Conduct training to other Cabin Branch Staff for troubleshooting on minor technical issues.
• Resolve issues queuing on ticketing issues of the branches.
At Host side:
• To Greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner
• Check and confirm the guest’s reservation into the PMS system
• Suggesting the guest to download Bobobox apps for a more interesting stay experience.
• Assist in welcoming guests, also handling problems and obstacles at work.
• Supervise Night audit report before sent to superior.
At Cleaning side:
• To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Cabin Branch Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch
• Conduct Cabin cleaning process based on priorities
• Report to Cabin Branch Leader and/or colleagues for any guest’s left belonging and any breakage/loss of hotel properties.
• Ensure the Cabin cleaning steps follow the implemented work instruction
• Prepare and fulfill any guest request
• Completing the Cabin cleaning checklist sheet and public area cleaning checklist then report it to superior.
• Conduct regular cleaning projects/programs that have been scheduled by superior.
• Clean and tidy up cleaning tools and equipment after the work finishes.
• Responsible for any working tools and equipment of company inventory (trolley, vacuum, application, etc).
• To help ensure and maintain the high quality standard of cleanliness especially in new normal protocol as guided by Bobobox policy and management.
