- Strong in Western food.
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
2. Chef de Partie (1 person).
- Strong in Pastry & Cakery.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Knowledge in HACCP, knowledge in food costing.
- Able to manage team and computer savvy.
