Requirements:
- Minimum Experience 2 to 4 years as Chief Accounting / Finance Manager.
- To ensure that the books, records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the transaction and administration of the assets of the hotel.
- To devised and maintain a system of internal accounting control sufficient to ensure that transaction are executed in accordance with Managements general and specific authorization and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and specific country legislation.
- To review and certify any hotel internal or external financial reporting before distribution.
- Oversee the preparation of the hotel’s yearly operating budget.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Able to lead and develop his team, set clear targets and monitor results, conduct regular trainings.
- Work close with other departments to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards.
- Experience in Hospitality Industry / Hotel in Accounting Department will is added value.
- Good interpersonal skills, attitude, discipline and high motivation.
