1. Project Manager
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience
· Experience with Hotel / Resort project
· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
· Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills with extremely resourceful
· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
· Able to speak English (active)
· Maximum age 50 years (Male)
· On site project (Job Placement: Sumba)
2. Finance & Accounting Coordinator
Requirement:
• Maintain project site financial records
• Coordinate with Project Management for all project expenses control & monitoring (balance, petty cash, ledger)
• Assist with tax filings in accordance with related laws and regulations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Collect, analyze, reconciliation and report financial data of project to head office
• Assist with budgeting and auditing tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting and related experience
• Maximum age 30 years (Male/Female)
• On site project (Job Placement: Sumba)
