Business Development (Hotel Partnerships Specialist)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in front office, reservation department or ecommerce of minimum 3 star hotel.
- Familiar with Hotel System.
- A team player. Willing to learn and grow fast. Believes in work hard and smart.
- Have a good communication skill is a must. Love meeting new people and maintain relationships with people.
- Have driving license and skill is an advantage.
Jobscope:
- Reach out to potential hotel partners: call, email, appointment, meetings.
- Initial quality assessment: survey, checklist & photos.
- Follow ups: Letter of Intent (LOI), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Exclusivity Agreement & Partnerships Contract.
- Maintain relationships with hotel partners contacts.
- Manage internal coordination with production, operations, and platform integration team.
- Track and report progress status to all stakeholders in timely manner.
- Perform other duties as required.
