Purchasing Officer
Job Description:
- Support the team and maintaining supplies for food and beverage Maintain par levels of stock.
- Complete requisition for additional supplies as appropriate.
- Updates Supplier pricing per week.
- Maintain and research pricing for all purchased goods.
- Maintain all records needed for accounting and comply to SOP of Purchase Order.
- Maintain all specifications and update the variant.
- Ensure that all goods required to run the F&B and operations department are available when necessary.
- Keep purchasing and storage areas clean and organized as standards.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in Food & Beverage Industry (F&B).
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skill in English, written & Verbal.
- Good time player and strong interpersonal skill.
- Excellent computer literate in Excel, MS Office, Power Points Good in Filing & inventory.
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
