REQUIREMENTS:
Having strong leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Good command of English both written and oral.
Having a good interpersonal and communication skill.
Creative and innovative.
EDUCATION:
Proficiency with computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Diploma in Hotel Management or other equivalent degree.
EXPERIENCE:
With a minimum of two years experiences in a similar capacity with strong background in hospitality industry.
