YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
· You will be responsible for the reservation and coordination of event, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and event success

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE JOB
· Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
· Good problem solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems.
· Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
· Sales driven and self-motivated.
· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
· Attention to details and meticulous.
· Prior front desk or reservation experience is preferred.
