Job vacancy from Double Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak – The Newest lifestyle hotel, Double Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional person to be positioned as:

1. Beverage Manager.
2. Executive Sous Chef.
3. Sous Chef.
4. Human Resources Supervisor.

Basic Requirements:

• In the role as Beverage Manager you will be responsible for bar operations in multiple world class outlets within the hotel. Including Double Six Rooftop, Robert Marchetti The Plantation Grill, Sling Bar, Seminyak Italian Food, Lagoon Bar & In Room Dining (1).
• Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager we require minimum 5 years’ experience in bar management roles and you will be accountable for the overall operation and performance of the bar department. Mentoring and developing an Indonesian team, previous experience in Asia is preferred but not essential (1).
• Good understanding and capable to communicate in English (other foreign language is a bonus).
• Had previous working experience and knowledge in the respective field.
• Smart grooming, hospitality oriented, creative and professional attitude.
